Got a key? Or paddles? Hooked up to your phone? Here you can „send“ Morse code for the sheer joy of it.
The main part, the upper one, is the text view. The lower part is the on-screen paddles or key, depending on your settings. You can also use a hardware key of any kind to use the Brass pounder.
Use the plus/minus buttons at the lower left to adjust the speed of the keyer. The speed is printed between these buttons.
The buttons at the right are the virtual paddles. The L button is the left paddle and, you guessed it, the R button the right one. The polarity can be changed in the settings. Tapping the buttons will generate Morse code. The Brass pounder does nothing more; the text will not be sent anywhere, there is no challenge to repeat some given text, nothing. It’s just you, the key and the text to key.
